In this agreement, "the Company" means Silvergarden and its related entities. "The Game" is our gardening simulation. It has two parts: (a) the game server, or "Server," which the Company or its partners host and run; (b) the game client, or "Client," that you run on your device.
As long as you follow these Terms of Service, you can use the Game. You can't: (a) use the Game for anything commercial or outside personal entertainment; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or mods with the Game; (c) offer ways to play the Game that aren't official, like private servers or unofficial clients; (d) interfere with the Game in any way—that includes the Servers, Clients, or what other players experience; (e) break any law or regulation while using the Game.
You confirm you're legally able to accept this agreement where you live, or you can accept it on behalf of a minor you're responsible for.
Everything about the Game—accounts, code, binaries, text, images, 3D models, artwork, data, sounds, music—belongs to the Company or its partners. Full stop.
The Company can suspend, delete, or change your account whenever it wants, for any reason, without telling you first.
The Company isn't responsible for losses, damage, injury, costs, or expenses from the Game or how you use it. That covers lost accounts, data, rankings, virtual items, or broken devices. Same goes for service outages, connection problems, access errors, bugs, or lag. Not their problem. You agree to cover any losses, claims, liability, damage, or expenses the Company faces because of how you use the Game.
The Company can end this agreement whenever it chooses, for any reason, without notice.
The Company can change this agreement or the Game itself anytime it wants.
